8. Closing Your Account

Once a self-exclusion request is made, the account stays closed for a required period of ninety (90) days. When that period has ended, the player can ask for their account to be closed permanently by getting in touch with Rainbet Support. Any request for permanent closure sent in before the self-exclusion period is over will not be actioned.

9. No Play for Under-18s

Rainbet does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.

To register and use our services, you must be at least 18, or the minimum legal gambling age where you live if that age is higher. In Canada the legal gambling age is 18 or 19 depending on the province or territory, so please make sure you meet the requirement that applies to you.
